SK Broad&TV (formerly hanaTV) has made exceptional growth since its official launch on July 24th, 2006.
SK Broadband (Formerly hanaro telecom) acquired CelrunTV which used to be Celrun's subsidiary
in a download-VoD business since 2005. CelrunTV's initial field trial started in January 2006 with 5,000
subscribers first.

In April, deeply impressed by CelrunTV's huge potential in download VoD service, hanaro telecom
stepped forward to acquire CelrunTV and changed its name to hanaTV.

Since its acquisition, hanaro telecom, Celrun and hanaTV have made countless efforts in order to
launch "hanaTV" which is seamless form of CelrunTV. In 2008, SK Telecom (giant mobile communication
company with number one market share in Korea) acquired hanaro telecom and changed its name and
IPTV service brand to SK Broadband and SK Broad&TV respectively. SK Broad&TV has been getting
evolved to robust triple-play service as well as progressive download-VoD service. SK Broad&TV
successfully gained huge number of VOD subscribers more than 800,000 subscribers within the very
short period of time in the IPTV industry history on the globe.

After being awarded as one of the three IPTV service operators by Korean government in late 2008,
the company is now aggressively moving forward to keep its number one market share? and IPTV brand
value by launching live IPTV service in the first quarter of 2009.
